Corporate Social Responsibility Policy 

For a long time, Zhencan Acoustics has been committed to employee care, employee health, environmental protection and safety, and social participation, fulfilling corporate social responsibility and pursuing sustainable business operations

In order to implement policies of humanitarian care, establish a good working environment, and fulfill social responsibility, our company will follow the following Code of Conduct in the process of designing, manufacturing, and selling related products and providing customer after-sales service

1、 Labor

1. Prohibition of child labor
Based on the social responsibility of protecting the physical and mental development of children, suppliers shall not use child labor at any stage of manufacturing& rdquo; Child labor; It refers to those under the age of 16 (subject to stricter regulations in the local laws and regulations)

2. Prohibition of forced labor
Our company prohibits the use of forced labor or related coercive measures against employees, including corporal punishment, physical or psychological abuse or coercion, intimidation or other verbal violence, deduction or seizure of identity documents, or other illegal forced labor

3. Working hours and compensation
Ensure that employees' working hours and overtime comply with local legal standards. Due to fluctuations in orders and consideration of seasonal changes, it is possible to consider adjusting overtime hours appropriately and legally, but in any case, reasonable rest time and overtime pay should be provided to employees
Promise that the salary policy complies with local laws and regulations, is not lower than the local minimum basic wage standard, and enjoys statutory benefits

4. Freedom of Association
We promise to respect the right of all employees to freely establish, join, and organize unions, and to inform them that they are free to join the organizations of their choice without any adverse consequences or retaliation from the company. Provide communication channels so that employees can openly communicate with management without worrying about retaliation, threats, or harassment, to ensure that employees can communicate with the company

5. Non discrimination
There will be no unfair treatment based on factors such as race, ethnicity or social background, social class, ancestry, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political views, age, or other discrimination in matters related to employment, compensation, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal, or retirement. In addition, except for medical examinations conducted in accordance with legal requirements or to determine suitability for special work, employees shall not be forced to undergo discriminatory medical examinations

2、 Health and Safety

Our company provides employees with a safe and healthy workplace and environment, and complies with local labor safety and health regulations, OHSAS18001 occupational safety and health management system, and international social responsibility standards. We provide safe and healthy working environment standards to prevent occupational accidents during work and reduce hazardous factors in the working environment

3、 Environment

Promise to comply with ISO14001 requirements, establish a systematic environmental management system, or at least provide complete evidence to demonstrate the continuous improvement of its environmental conditions. And we promise to focus on integrating environmental management and operations to provide high-quality products, services, and high-value customer service experience

4、 Management system

This management system is designed with reference to:
1. Comply with laws, regulations, and customer requirements related to business and products
2. Comply with the relevant provisions of this commitment letter
3. Identify and reduce operational risks related to this policy. In addition, the management system should be continuously improved

5、 Moral standards

1. Clean management
It is necessary to implement and fulfill its obligations in a moral, honest, and upright manner, and all employees must avoid conflicts of interest arising from personal and work interests

2. No unjustified gains
Require all employees to refrain from providing or accepting any form of benefits from business partners, especially when such benefits may jeopardize objective and fair business decisions. At the same time, employees and their families should be required to avoid violating business integrity principles, including bribery, fraud, etc

3. Information Disclosure
On the premise of not violating company and legal norms, we will proactively and fully disclose any communication content with stakeholders

4. Intellectual Property Rights
Promise to comply with relevant laws and regulations on intellectual property rights

5. Fair Trade, Advertising, and Competition
Promise fair trade and not participate in market competition through illegal forms such as false advertising

6. Confidentiality mechanism
Protect customer business, technical and other related information, and do not disclose it to any third party without authorization
